We are currently hiring experienced Agricultural Technicians to join our Service Department.

We are looking for skilled technicians who take pride in their work, understand how machinery works, and are capable of diagnosing and repairing modern agricultural equipment efficiently and accurately.

What We Are Looking For

• Certified Agricultural Equipment Technician (AET) required

• We are not currently looking for apprentices

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine understanding of how machinery and mechanical systems operate

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems

• Comfortable working with computers, diagnostic software, service information, and modern electronic equipment

• Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

• Ability to accurately document repairs, diagnostics, and work performed on repair orders

• Full set of technician tools

• Valid driver's licence

• Ability and willingness to work from a service truck and perform field repairs when required

• Willingness to work overtime, participate in Saturday rotations, and participate in an on-call rotation when required

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Compensation

$45.00-$60.00 per hour, depending on experience, technical ability, diagnostic skills, and overall skill level.
