Pentagon Farm Centre is a full line agricultural equipment dealership, specializing in the AGCO family of brands as well as Claas Lexion combines. We are currently searching for someone to help out our Service Manager in Lacombe!

You bring: 

- Mechanical knowledge, must have an agricultural background

- Superior organizational skills and customer service skills

- Computer skills

- Ability to prioritize jobs in a fast paced environment

- Drive and enthusiasm

- Excellent phone skills

What does your day look like?

- Taking service related customer phone calls

- Monitoring telematics programs and determining when repairs are necessary

- Scheduling & organizing all mobile employees which include service trucks, lube truck, courier truck & semi trucks- - 

- Making follow up calls to customers who have had their equipment in for repairs

- Making calls to promote our seasonal inspection programs
