We are currently hiring a Service Manager for our Leduc location.

What we are looking for?

- A certified technician who has farm equipment experience

- Willing to help repair machines when not busy at the service desk

- Full set of tools

- Genuine mechanical aptitude

- Exemplary customer service

- Maintains service desk, including ensuring communication with staff and customers

- Manages team members to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out

- Operating our business system, which includes making workorders & generating estimates

- Assigns work to the service team members in a comprehensive mannor

- Generates and maintains a weekend and on call schedule for the service team members

- Answers after hours emergency calls and sets up afterhours service truck calls if necessary

- Works directly with and maintains a good relationship with OEM reps

- Contacting customers for repair approvals & keeping them up to date on their repair status

- Completes small day to day tasks without needing to be asked, ie. helping staff members,

operating forklifts, picking up trash, clearing snow, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00-$60.00 per hour depending on skill level and experience
