Yarbo Distribution Representitive
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Yarbo Distribution Representative to join our team, specializing in the creation of a dealer network and sales of Yarbo autonomous yard care solutions. Yarbo is a cutting-edge, modular robotic platform designed for year-round property maintenance, including autonomous snow removal, lawn mowing, leaf blowing, and future attachments, powered by RTK GPS navigation and smart automation technology.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across Alberta. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology-focused sales, hands-on demonstrations, and working directly with customers in a fast-paced, evolving market. Extensive travel throughout Alberta is required for dealer setup, support product demonstrations, dealer engagement, and customer visits.
Duties

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Yarbo autonomous equipment through B2B sales, direct-to-consumer outreach, telemarketing, and networking

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and commercial clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention

Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting Yarbo’s autonomous operation, GPS navigation, modular attachments, and seasonal versatility

Travel extensively throughout Alberta to demonstrate Yarbo products to residential, commercial, and municipal customers

Negotiate dealer setup contracts, and sales terms while aligning with company policies and brand standards

Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions, demos, and events to generate leads and increase Yarbo brand awareness

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and technical questions in a timely and professional manner

Support business development efforts to expand Yarbo’s presence into new markets, industries, and dealer networks

Stay informed on autonomous equipment trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies relevant to robotic yard care
Requirements

Proven sales experience, preferably in technology, robotics, GPS-based systems, outdoor power equipment, or technical sales

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets

Solid understanding of GPS technology; strong computer and smartphone proficiency required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to conduct inside sales via phone, email, and virtual meetings

Knowledge of marketing strategies that support lead generation and sales growth

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and provide tailored Yarbo solutions

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Alberta

Clean Class 5 driver’s license
